Please be advised that all products sold by Higher Flyers are in full compliance with federal

laws, including the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (commonly referred to as the 2018

Farm Bill). Under this legislation, hemp-derived products containing no more than 0.3% delta-9

tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) by dry weight are legal.

All of our THCA products are sourced from licensed suppliers and undergo rigorous testing by

independent, accredited laboratories. Each product is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis

(COA), which verifies that the delta-9 THC content is below the federally mandated threshold of

0.3% by dry weight. The COA is available upon request or included with your shipment for your

reference.

Furthermore, no statement by Higher Flyers should be interpreted as providing medical advice or

representing that any product offered by Higher Flyers has curative properties or is intended to
